Yale Termite & Pest Elimination assures its service through rigid adherence to established performance standards. We employ Quality Assurance Supervisors, whose job it is to verify the delivery and quality of our services and run QA Audits.
Our Quality Assurance evaluation consists of proactive surveys, follow up, and training.
Periodically, we will contact clients by telephone to provide them the opportunity to tell us how we might improve our services. In addition to pest service performance surveys, the input and feedback is used in our ongoing training. This helps us improve our organization and the service we provide your facilities, organization, or homes.
Our customers have given us feedback over the years asking for additional services. In response, we had developed a one stop pest shop with our “Total Care” program to encompass Termite & Pests, Wildlife, Ticks, Deer Repellents and more… Yale can custom design a pest program to include all your pest needs with convenient billing and one point of contact. Our staff is ready to be of service to you!
Hours: Our regular office hours are 8-5 Monday Through Friday and Saturday 8-2.
Yale does offer emergency service, we have staff members on 24 hour call.
There is a premium charge for emergency services after hours.

Yale Pest Control gives back to the community. Our owners are actively involved in our local communities through The Friends of Jimmy Miller, Inc. This is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization made up of a voluntary Board of Directors and officers.
The organization is dedicated to raising funds to support programs that benefit children in crisis. Many of these programs and services deal with positive reinforcement, teaching life skills and adolescent development.
